4. Purchases and Payment

The Bank Switch Blueprint is a digital product priced at £24.99 (inclusive of any applicable taxes).

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.

Upon successful payment, your Blueprint will be delivered to the email address you provided. Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 30 minutes in exceptional circumstances.

If you do not receive your Blueprint within 1 hour of payment, please contact us at admin@bankswitchcalc.co.uk and we will resend it promptly.

5. Refund Policy

By completing your purchase you confirm that:

• You have read and understood this no-refund policy
• You understand the Blueprint is a digital product delivered instantly upon payment
• You understand that eligibility for bank switching offers depends on your individual circumstances and each bank's own criteria, which are outside our control
• You are not purchasing a guarantee of receiving any specific amount of money

We will not provide refunds on the basis of personal eligibility, offer availability, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with results.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell or distribute the Blueprint to third parties
• Use our service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy or replicate our calculator or recommendation engine
• Provide false information in the calculator with the intention of gaming results
• Use automated tools, bots or scrapers on our website
